A review helps only when readers can rely on it. Below you will find our requirements, the path a review takes from sending to publication, and what to do if you believe we made a mistake.
What we expect
- First-hand play. Describe sessions you played in this game personally rather than things you were told.
- Length. The text must reach 50 characters minimum, counting spaces.
- Manners. Insults, obscenities and threats lead to rejection.
- No promotion. Do not include links, domain names, ads, calls to action, untrue claims or anyone’s personal details.
- Email. You must fill in the field to submit, yet the address never appears on the Site.
- Changes. We do not edit live reviews. To change one, email us from the address you originally used; the old text is deleted and you can post a new one.

Moderation before publication
Each submission is read by a moderator before anything is displayed. Approved reviews usually appear within 48 hours. Entries that break the rules are declined, and a published one can be taken down for the same reason.
Checking authenticity
Beyond the manual read, every review also goes through an automated check, since a smaller number of honest reviews beats a large number of fake ones.
- Automated analysis. The system examines the wording, the IP address, characteristics of the device, geographic data and signs of coordinated or suspicious behaviour.
- Ongoing review. Reviews stay under observation after they go live.
- Takedown. When a review is very probably not genuine, we apply a Takedown and notify the author by email.
Think a Takedown was a mistake?
Show us proof that you played. We may accept:
- a screenshot from inside the game that displays your name or email;
- an email from a casino that confirms your activity;
- a screenshot of the game history in your casino account, with your name or email shown next to the Coin Volcano title.
